Case Managers Tech Support
We know time is a valuable thing for our Case Manager’s, that is why we are constantly trying to improve ways in which we can help make things easier for you, to help your students succeed in our program. We offer case manager the option to review their students progress report, attendance, balances etc. However, like everything else technology sometimes fail to do what they were design to do which can often be at an inopportune time. For this reason, we have dedicated staff to help move things along for case managers and tech support is nothing short of that support team. Our tech support staff are familiar and ready to help troubleshoot the things that affects our case managers day-to-day job of keeping abreast of their students enrolled with us.
